Jessica is left watching over Nidhi Ma’am while she sleeps and is surprised by how drawn she feels to her. When a nurse calls about a difficult delivery, Jessica goes to help—but hesitates to call her senior despite the patient’s critical condition. Nidhi arrives in time, and the baby is delivered safely, though the mother needs a blood transfusion and observation. Nidhi firmly reminds Jessica that patient care must come before personal comfort. Later, Jessica notices Nidhi’s painful shoulder and tries to look after her, giving them a quieter moment of closeness.

Nidhi’s hopes for a relationship take a painful turn when Jessica admits she has no romantic feelings for her and is still too hurt by her past to risk loving someone again. Sheetal comforts Nidhi and encourages her not to give up, suggesting they spend more time together. The two also share a lighter, teasing exchange when Sheetal picks Jessica up.

Meanwhile, Pragya remains inexplicably unconscious. Doctors find her vital signs normal and insist she appears to be in an unusually deep sleep, leaving Himani and Jaanu baffled. Exhausted from worrying and having barely slept, Himani dozes off while driving and has an accident. During her recovery, she dreams that Pragya is telling her to take care of herself and entrusting Himani to someone else. Himani wakes in distress and rushes to Pragya, who is still unconscious. Specialists eventually suspect that Pragya was injected with something that has already dissolved, but they can’t identify the substance or find a way to reverse its effects.

Jaanu follows up on a separate family dispute involving a possible paternity deception and a DNA sample. The fallout leaves Jaanu’s mother unwilling to forgive the father, who leaves the house.

The biggest reveal comes when Jaanu checks CCTV footage and spots a masked figure carrying an injection near Pragya’s operating room. She and Himani confront Hina with the footage. Hina initially calls it fake, but under pressure admits that someone gave her an injection that can leave a person asleep and is difficult to detect. She says she doesn’t know the antidote—the person who supplied it would. Just as Jaanu answers a call coming to Hina’s phone, the episode ends on a cliffhanger.
