A Nostalgic Picnic in Toronto

BTS turn a sunny day in Toronto into a nostalgic fall picnic, complete with childhood games, a Canadian-style lunch, and increasingly elaborate “Would You Rather” debates.

They reminisce about school picnics and the lunches they envied, such as store-bought gimbap. Taehyung also remembers having a crush on someone from another school.

Childhood Games

The attempt to play Drop the Handkerchief quickly derails. Jin dances and sneaks in dramatic neck-chopping gestures, while the group’s “speed-walking only” rule makes chasing anyone nearly impossible. The members laugh that they feel like kids again.

Their updated Red Light, Green Light is just as chaotic. Players must imitate whatever prompt the person who’s “It” calls out, while anyone in the Goofball Zone has to keep moving. The members debate whether their impressions count, get caught for tiny movements, and make the game harder with fake-outs and suspiciously long pauses.

Jung Kook’s drawn-out standoff with the remaining players becomes so tense—and funny—that the people watching from the back get nervous too. When he finally tags someone, the chase continues well beyond the game area.

Lunch and Long Debates

After the games, the group enjoys poutine, sandwiches, tarts, and sushi pizza, which they compare to a kind of fried-rice-and-seafood dish.

Lunch turns into a long debate about what “I’ll think about it” really means: a polite rejection or a genuine promise to consider something. Their attempts to settle the question lead to increasingly careful examples, especially when they role-play a confession.

Other debates become even more absurd:

• Which is worse: a mosquito bite between the eyebrows or on the sole of your foot?
• Would you rather wash a bandmate or be washed by one?
• Would you hide a bandmate who became a zombie?

The zombie scenario spirals into talk of cures, world-ending risks, and an obedient “pet zombie”—while the group keeps circling back to the washing question.
