Pre-Match Interview

Senou Koulibaly said the team had used the break well to rest and was ready to return to action. After a run of consecutive wins, he felt Omonia was improving with each game and urged the side to maintain its momentum throughout the long league campaign and in European competition.

Looking ahead to the match against Karmiotissa, Koulibaly expected a difficult away fixture but said Omonia’s aim was clear: to secure all three points. He added that teams hoping to win the championship had to take victories in matches like this.

Koulibaly also spoke proudly of being one of the captains. After four years at the club, he considered the role a privilege and said he would continue working professionally to help the team reach its goals.

He urged fans to support the team strongly at the stadium, especially at home, where Omonia needed to be unbeatable. He added that the team also had to do its job away from home.
