Forms of Corruption Quest Guide

1. From the quest board, turn right, pass the church, and speak to the NPC. He directs you to Yorn for permission to enter the area.
2. Return to Yorn. You must be level 35 to proceed.
3. Speak to the next NPC, who asks you to collect water from a well. Then defeat the required groups of enemies and return.
4. Talk to Delius again. Collect the purple roots by pressing E near them, then return to camp.
5. When Delius is missing, report it to Captain Zarath. You’ll be sent to find two researchers at separate camps.
6. At each camp:
   • Light the warning fires to distract the guards.
   • Defeat the fanatics where needed.
   • Reach the researcher. One is in a tower, which you can access by jumping from a stone ledge onto the roof.
   • Pick the lock by slowly adjusting the pick and metal piece. Stop when the rattling stops; each failed attempt makes the lock harder.
   • According to the video, saving or killing the researchers does not significantly affect the quest.
7. Report back to Seraph, then follow the sound near the well to find a teleporter and trigger the next scene.
8. Choose a corruption form:
   • Left: Heresy
   • Middle: Blasphemy
   • Right: Tyranny

The creator chose Heresy, which was described as granting critical-strike chance and other effects, along with debuffs.

Notes and Troubleshooting

• The creator encountered errors, including a crash and a vanished quest interface, but was able to continue by asking other players for directions.
• The creator thought there might be more to the quest, but couldn’t find the cave they searched for and couldn’t confirm how to continue beyond obtaining the form.
