Episode 118 Recap

Pragya Ma’am’s stomach pain returns during the night, and Himani stays beside her at the hospital. With no doctor available, the staff refuse to provide pain relief without a prescription, so Himani gets the injection herself. The next morning, Pragya is set to undergo surgery.

Meanwhile, Jaanu’s family is in turmoil. Her father is having an affair with a pregnant woman, and Jaanu fiercely defends her mother. She challenges her father to get checked at the hospital, insisting that the fertility issue was his—not her mother’s. The argument grows sharper when the prospective stepmother gives Jaanu’s mother an overly spicy meal despite her dietary restrictions. Jaanu catches on, throws it away, and warns the woman not to come between her and her mother.

At college, Aryan’s extra tutoring session with Sheetal Ma’am takes an uncomfortable turn. He compliments her, brings up a childhood kiss, and admits he knows she is committed to Janvi.
