Login Steps

5. Enter your credentials: your personal identification number (citizen ID number) and VNeID password. Alternatively, open the VNeID app and select Scan QR code.
6. Verify with an OTP. After selecting Log in, check the SMS messages sent to the phone number registered with VNeID. Enter the six-digit OTP on the portal, then select Confirm.
7. Find a procedure. Once logged in, search the homepage for the administrative procedure you need.

Important Notes

• The OTP is valid for three minutes. If it expires before confirmation, request a new code.
• The tutorial says the portal interface is the same whether you sign in with a public service account or a VNeID account. Either account can be used to complete administrative procedures.
