Engagement preparations are underway, but Shanaya is unsettled. She has only just learned that she and Ayesha are getting engaged the next day, and Ayesha isn’t answering her calls. When they finally speak, Ayesha explains that Shanaya’s mother asked her not to discuss the engagement. She tells Shanaya to rest and hints that tomorrow is important, leaving Shanaya suspicious that something else is going on.

The next day, news of the engagement spreads across Mumbai. The venue is prepared under heavy security as Shanaya’s family and guests gather. Meanwhile, Avni and Harshita have a small quarrel over Avni’s missed calls. Harshita hangs up in frustration, and Avni ruefully realizes she’ll have to make it up to her.

The episode reveals why Ayesha is missing: she’s tracking down a man planning an attack. The mastermind has four separate plans targeting Ankita, Harshita, and Ayesha, but Ayesha and her team have already intercepted them, including the shooters waiting near the venue. When the man threatens her, Ayesha coolly gives him ten seconds to shoot. He misses, and she shoots him in the leg. She orders her officers to take him alive so they can trace his associates in Dubai.

At the venue, Shanaya arrives in a beautiful lehenga, while Ayesha’s prolonged absence makes everyone anxious. When Ayesha finally appears in an elegant saree, carrying flowers for Shanaya, she makes a dramatic entrance. She catches Shanaya when she nearly stumbles, hugs her, and apologizes for being late. Shanaya’s irritation quickly gives way to flustered banter, including Ayesha’s confident claim that Shanaya will forgive her once she sees how she looks.

Ayesha also makes a pointed remark to Shanaya’s mother, Gayatri, suggesting that Gayatri’s plan has failed and warning her not to damage her relationship with her daughter. The unusually strict security and tense exchange hint that Gayatri may have had an agenda of her own.

The engagement ceremony goes ahead. Shanaya asks Ayesha not to kneel in front of everyone, joking that she can save that for when they’re alone. They exchange rings, kiss each other’s hands, and share a forehead kiss as their families and guests applaud. Ayesha teases that Shanaya is now “booked” with her.

Meanwhile, Avni gets Harshita to soften by apologizing and offering her a rose with the thorns removed. Harshita eventually accepts it, and the two make up with playful teasing.

The celebration ends on a cliffhanger when Gayatri asks to speak privately with Ayesha. Shanaya notices that her mother seems unhappy and follows them, leaving the episode poised to reveal what Gayatri has to say.
