Morning routine

He starts the day with four simple stretches, then goes for a walk. He prefers to get sunlight and spend time outdoors before looking at screens.

After his walk, he visualizes the day and his in-game responsibilities, reads something thought-provoking, and journals to clear his mind. He uses Todoist, synced with Google Calendar, to plan around the team schedule.

Workday

At the office, nAts makes a simple sandwich when time is short, though he would usually prefer eggs. He has one Americano in the morning, about two hours after waking, and avoids caffeine after midday. Before streaming or practice, he stretches to prepare for sitting for long periods.

He streams VALORANT partly to share his performance and interact with viewers. Later, he reviews the team’s match, considering both mistakes and strengths, including micro- and macro-level decisions. He then discusses his conclusions with the coaches.

He also takes part in a small Team Liquid shoot for photos, thumbnails, and short-form videos.

Food and evening routine

To save time, nAts orders delivery and tries to choose noodles, rice, or vegetables when possible. He aims to eat dinner three to four hours before bed and keep it fairly light.

At home, he relaxes with his wife when she is available or plays PlayStation. He avoids playing other games on PC so his keyboard-and-mouse habits stay focused on VALORANT. About an hour before bed, he puts on blue-light glasses. Around 11:30 p.m., he gets ready for sleep and tries to read instead of using screens.
